2. Once you’re ready, your trusted Happy Homes Team advisor will help coordinate with vetted vendors to begin transforming your North Atlanta property.
3. When everything looks market-ready, your beautifully enhanced home will be listed for sale—positioned to attract top-dollar offers quickly.
4. You’ll pay for the Compass Concierge services when your home sells, your listing agreement ends, or after 12 months—whichever comes first.
